Our Sunnyvale, California facility supports some of the world's most advanced semiconductor technologies through cutting-edge analytical capabilities and a team of experienced engineers and scientists.

We are seeking multiple Operations Engineering Associates to support our growing engineering and laboratory operations team.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about technology, enjoy working in a hands‑on environment, and take pride in performing detailed work with precision and consistency. Previous semiconductor experience is not required. We provide training and mentorship to help talented individuals build a successful career in the semiconductor industry.

Role Overview

As an Operations Engineering Associate, you will play an important role in supporting daily laboratory and engineering operations. You will work alongside experienced engineers and specialists, assisting with sample handling, documentation, equipment support, workflow execution, and operational activities that help keep our laboratory running efficiently.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to advanced semiconductor technologies and develop valuable technical skills in a fast‑growing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily laboratory and engineering operations
  • Assist with sample receiving, handling, preparation, and tracking
  • Follow established workflows, procedures, and quality standards
  • Assist with routine checks and operational support
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records

    Organize materials, supplies, and laboratory work areas
  • Help ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
  • Collaborate with engineers and team members to support customer projects
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable, organized, and responsible work habits
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred
  • Associate degree or coursework in a technical field
  • Experience in manufacturing, laboratory, engineering, quality, or technical environments
  • Experience following documented procedures or work instructions
  • Familiarity with handling delicate materials or precision work
  • Interest in science, engineering, or semiconductor technology
  • Chinese language proficiency (Mandarin) is a plus
  • Willingness to work swing shifts, night shifts, or flexible schedules as business needs evolve
