+ Experience maintaining an organized, clean, and safe operating lab.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $188000 - $275000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

** Responsibilities*
* + Lead a specialized hardware engineering team supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, collaborating with Project Managers to prioritize workloads and maintain high performance in a changing environments.

+ Perform Linux and Windows Operating System (OS) administration, including root-cause analysis for complex network issues, OS debugging, and engineering test setup maintenance.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to execute hardware assembly, firmware updates, and tool programming during critical project bring-up phases.

+ Manage the end-to-end hardware supply chain, including component allocation, inventory of high-volume consumables, and the maintenance of a safe, organized lab environment.

+ Increase operational efficiency by developing standardized procedures and automation tools for data collection, population, and routine lab administrative tasks.
