The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of fundamental configuration management principles related to the control of 3‑D models. You will be responsible for ensuring that NX and CREO 3‑D models generated by Engineering (or Design Drafting) meet ASME standards. 3‑D models are used by Manufacturing to machine parts, and by Quality Engineering to inspect parts. You will work with Engineering and Drafting to adhere to current modeling standards, presented through formal in‑class training or training materials.
