Glint Tech Solutions is seeking a Product & Process Development Engineer (PDE) in Sunnyvale, California, to drive new product introduction (NPI) and ensure the transition from concept to mass production. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate manufacturing processes and analyze yield issues.
The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of experience in product or process engineering, a strong background in manufacturing processes, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Fluent English is required;
Mandarin is a plus.
