An innovative technology company in Sunnyvale is seeking a Technical Escalations Engineer to help address complex field issues in wireless optical communication products. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in technical solutions engineering and a deep understanding of network protocols. The engineer will work closely with support and engineering teams to replicate issues, perform root cause analysis, and assist in user acceptance testing.

The salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$185,000 plus bonus and benefits.
