Job Title:
Senior Usability Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Usability Engineer with 5–8+ years of experience in Human Factors/Usability Engineering to support a medical device program. The ideal candidate will lead usability studies, develop test protocols, conduct simulated‑use sessions with clinical users, and deliver actionable insights to improve product design and safety.
Required Skills- 5–8+ years of experience in Usability/Human Factors Engineering
- Experience designing and executing usability studies
- Strong protocol/report writing and insight synthesis skills
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and independently drive testing programs
- Experience with risk analysis and uFMEA
- Background working with healthcare professionals in clinical or simulated‑use environments
- Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative design validation
