Industrial Engineer
Pay Range: $65hr - $71hr
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support and lead engineering initiatives focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and facility optimization. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven analysis, lean methodologies, and engineering principles to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and support new product introductions.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in and lead industrial engineering projects including value stream mapping, design reviews, new product introduction, and facility design.
- Conduct structured problem-solving using data-driven analysis to recommend improvements.
- Evaluate operations and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements using metrics and business case development.
- Monitor operational metrics such as labor hours, work-in-progress levels, and productivity trends.
- Analyze work cell layouts, process flows, and material flows to recommend cost-effective improvements.
- Lead projects to improve cost efficiency and product quality.
- Perform and train in time standards, line balancing, simulation modeling, cost estimation, manpower planning, and continuous improvement.
- Support facility layout changes and lead moderate-scale layout projects.
- Conduct strategic analysis and present findings to management, including capacity planning and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data analysis and operational insights.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant and progressive work experience.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in general software and data analysis tools.
- Project management skills with the ability to lead small to mid-sized initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Understanding of quality systems and change management.
Should Have:
- Advanced data analysis skills using tools such as Tableau, VBA, or R.
- Experience with simulation modeling tools.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification with project experience.
- Experience with new product development and introduction.
- Experience in facility design and construction management.
Skills:

Qualification And
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
