In this role you will:

Manages the implementation and execution of program quality requirements. Responsible for all aspects of Quality across the programs life-cycle including proposals, contract review, start-up, development, transition to production, production and support. Requires an understanding of quality tasks across quality functions including hardware, software, systems, suppliers/subcontractors, and customer needs. Proficient in company policies. Partners with program teams for design, development, production and mobilization phases of program execution.

Performs contract reviews and flows down contract quality requirements to other quality teams, and suppliers. Ensures Quality Assurance Plans are documented, current and implemented. Participates in assessments (e.g. quality audits) and may perform independent reviews to understand risks in order to drive Return to Green plans. Maintains a Customer quality relationship to understand and support their needs. Perform Quality Engineering roles and responsibilities for Remote Sensing, National Security Space Line of Business supporting ATLO, Manufacturing, Subcontractors, and Supply Chain.

Desired skills:

• Experience with non-conformance processing and anomaly resolution
• Active DoD/TS or TS/SCI w/Poly
• QMRB Certification
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Experience working in a SCIF
• Knowledge of SAP, EPDM, AF, VRICs & GD&T
• Quality Planning Certification or equivalent
• Understanding of satellite systems including Electronics, Mechanisms, Structures, and Thermal hardware
• Oversight of Quality Management Systems with implementation of AS9100
• Experience with Suppliers and Supply Chain including Audit experience
• Willingness to travel on occasion (
