Technical Program Manager, Data Center Construction and Design Engineering

Age of problem solving is elevated: your role will use technical expertise to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners throughout the company. You’ll balance executive briefings with technical trade‑offs for engineers, ensuring quality execution across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural, telecom, and fire protection domains.

In this position you will own the full production infrastructure design lifecycle—from initial strategic readiness and Product Lifecycle (PLC) stage‑gate triage through End of Life (EOL) management and fleet integration—while providing expert project management for data center engineering execution.

Beyond routine oversight, you will drive strategic initiatives to deliver new data center capacity at scale, support post‑facility‑ready projects to extend existing data center fleets, maintain rigorous product documentation, and strengthen vendor relationships.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and education.
US: $163,000 – $237,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits.
