• Drive EVT → DVT → PVT transitions, ensuring smooth progression from engineering to productio
• Perform system bring‑up and debug to resolve functional and integration issue
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, validation, manufacturing, and test team
• Develop and maintain test scripts/tools to improve testing efficiency and accuracy
• Analyze test data and provide detailed reports on results and issues
• Troubleshoot and debug hardware and system issues, working with design engineers to find solution
• Mentor junior team members on testing processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulation

• ts Bachelor’s/Master's degr ee in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related fie
• ld 6-10 yea rs of experience in hardware validation and DVT testing for computer system
• Strong knowledge o f industry standard validation and DVT methodologi
• es Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environme nt with a focus on problem‑solving and attention to deta
• il Experience in high-speed hardware validation, specifically in electrical device validation tests (EDVT
• Strong expertise in PCBA testing, signal integrity measurements, power consumption measurement, and system-level validation (ESD, thermal, functional
• Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, power meters, Traffic Generators (IXIA/Key Sight, VIAVI/JDSU) and environmental chamber
• s.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
• s.Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in hardware validation and testin

Fits Pay Range Minimum: $88000 per year Pay Range Maximum: $134000 per year
