We are seeking an experienced Data Center Engineer to lead engineering operations within a large-scale, mission-critical data center environment. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in high-availability operations and have a proven track record managing critical infrastructure, driving reliability initiatives, and leading technical teams.

• Lead day-to-day engineering and facility operations for a mission-critical data center.
• Ensure maximum availability and reliability of electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Manage maintenance activities, change management, and operational readiness programs.
• Lead critical incident response efforts and root cause analysis investigations.
• Develop and mentor engineering technicians and operations personnel.
  
  -,Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Partner with facility, construction, safety, and operations teams to support growth and expansion projects.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, maintenance procedures, and safety policies.

• 3+ years of experience in Data Center Operations, Critical Facilities, or Mission Critical Environments.
• Exp working in Google Data Center as an Engineer
• Experience leading technical teams in 24x7 operational environments.
• Proven track record of improving reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
