About the role- We are seeking a Hardware Engineer to support hardware development initiatives.
- This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact hardware engineering project.
- In this role, you will contribute to the design, validation, and documentation of hardware components and systems, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality results within defined timelines.
Job Title: Hardware Engineer II
Key Responsibilities- Support the design, bring-up, and validation of electronic hardware (e.g., boards, subsystems, modules) from concept through verification.
- Develop and execute test plans; perform bench testing, debug, and root-cause analysis of hardware issues.
- Document designs, requirements, validation results, and engineering changes clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., electrical, mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, quality) to support program milestones and deliverables.
- Assist with component selection, schematic/layout reviews, and design-for-test/manufacturability considerations as needed.
- Provide regular status updates on assigned deliverables and risks, and support issue tracking and resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Python debugging and Hands-on experience with hardware development and lab-based debugging (e.g., use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, Digital multimeters (DMMs), power supplies).
- Experience developing test procedures and documenting results in a structured, reproducible way.
- Experience reading/interpreting schematics and supporting board/system bring-up and validation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Salary RangeThe salary for this position is between $110,000 – $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
