Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as an Industrial Engineer / Principal Industrial Engineer based out of Sunnyvale, CA
.

What You’ll Get To Do
This position may be filled at a level 2 (Industrial Engineer) or level 3 (Principal
Industrial Engineer) Depending On Candidate Experience.
Basic Qualifications Industrial Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 or more years of industrial engineering or manufacturing experience; OR master’s degree with 0 or more years of industrial engineering or manufacturing experience.
- Experience with time studies and capacity modeling.
- Experience with shop floor controls (SOPs).
- Experience with Process control methods (SPC/control charts).
- Experience with Process Capability Analysis (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk).
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government secret clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 or more years of industrial engineering, manufacturing, or data analysis experience; OR master’s degree with 3 or more years of industrial engineering, manufacturing, or data analysis experience.
- Experience in designing visualizations in Tableau.
- Experience with time studies and capacity modeling.
- Experience with Process control methods (SPC/control charts).
- Experience with Process Capability Analysis (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk).
- Experience with Visio or equivalent.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications Industrial Engineer
- Experience with improving manufacturing workflow using optimization, modeling, or simulation methods.
- At least 1 year of demonstrated manufacturing experience.
