We are looking for a claims analyst professional for a new job opportunity in Sunnyvale, CA. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze claims related to bankruptcy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Conduct detailed investigations to verify the validity of claims and identify any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on claim findings and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims and related documentation.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding bankruptcy claims and related matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to claims and bankruptcy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Claims Analyst, with a focus on bankruptcy claims.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
