You will lead the Finance Systems team responsible for architecting, scaling, and supporting enterprise platforms across GL, Revenue, Billing, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Lease Accounting. You’ll partner closely with IT Product management, Finance and accounting, Rev Ops, Integration and Data Platforms to drive system implementation, support, compliance, automation, and integration.

• Own end-to-end Finance & accounting system architecture spanning key business processes around - GL, AP, AR, ARM, Fixed Assets, Leases and inventory accounting.
• Act as primary systems partner for Finance Stakeholders - Revenue Accounting, Operations Accounting, Tax, Fixed Assets, Treasury, GL and AP teams.
• Work with IT Product Management on executing the roadmap and across modules aligned with business priorities.
• Lead a team of BSEs and administrators to deliver scalable solutions aligned to business goals.
• Implement and execute audit ready ITGC & ITAC controls for SOX Compliance.
• Partner with IT integration teams on cross-functional workflows (CRM, data warehouse, procurement platforms) and AI agents for process automation and optimization.
• Provide leadership for Finance systems admin support, GL, and operational excellence.

• 10+ years in ERP or finance systems leadership roles with at least 3 years in the capacity of leading and managing technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of finance processes:
  Rev Rec, GL, Fixed Assets, Tax, Inventory accounting management, Lease Accounting and treasury and Payments.
• Deep Hands‑on implementation experience in Netsuite One World (Advanced Financials, ARM, Multibook, Inventory Accounting Management, Bank Payments) or a Tier‑1 ERP.
• Strong Technical knowledge and people management experience building and guiding highly productive technical teams, driving intake and prioritization, delivering system solutions and automations within Netsuite.
• Familiarity with Netsuite add‑on modules like Squareworks AP Automation, Netgain - Netloan/Net Assets.
• Experience with integrating Netusite with other applications like Salesforce, Coupa , Kyriba and data platforms.
• Experience in Implementing and execution of SOX controls and interfacing with auditors.
• Other tools such as Ramp, Navan, Costar, Flo Qast , Auditboard, Workiva a plus.
• Experience of AI use for addressing use cases in Finance & accounting is a big plus.

Base salary range for this role is $161,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
