- End-to-end ownership of initiating, processing, tracking, and maintenance of purchase orders in the ERP system
- Liaise with S2P, FP&A, and internal stakeholders to ensure PO accuracy and alignment with approved budgets
- Monitor PO funding status and follow up on outstanding invoices and exceptions
- Validate invoices submitted via summary billing process
- Route invoices for internal approvals and ensure timely payment processing
- Reconcile and resolve discrepancies between invoices and billing details
- Perform weekly financial reconciliations of vendor statements
- Support documentation and reports for month-end close processes
- Maintain organized financial records and process documentation
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies
- Experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative role focused on transactional processing
- Proficiency with financial management systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite / Google Suite (advanced Excel / Sheets)
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles (AP / AR, general ledger)
- Understanding of financial workflows (PO-to-Pay)
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate with urgency on critical business requests
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or technology environment
- Experience using Anaplan, App Sheet, Oracle, Airtable
- Experience managing procurement and finance operations
