We are looking for a Strategic Finance Senior Associate to join the Linked In Corporate Finance team in driving the company’s financial planning, reporting, and long-term strategic analysis. In this role, you will translate financial data into executive narratives, identifying actionable insights behind risks and opportunities, drive competitive benchmarking, provide data driven support for internal comms teams as part of earnings cycle, and deliver projects to support the company's sustainable growth.

We are looking for a forward-thinking analyst to modernize our finance function by leveraging AI-driven insights and automating processes to accelerate decision-making.

• Learnstoidentifynewopportunities for growth within alimitedscope andsupportsstrategy development with business partners.
• Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities.
• Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members.
• Buildscollaborativerelationshipswithotherteamsandseeksinputandfeedbacktodevelopanunderstanding of their priorities and constraints.

• Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to management and cross-functional stakeholderstodriveaction.

• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics- oriented perspective,withminimalsupervision.

• Execute sad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years ofexperienceinfinance,finance accounting,management consulting,investment banking,orrelatedfield
  
  OR equivalent experience.

• Background in consulting, strategy, or operational finance experience
