The Senior Finance Manager serves as the primary strategic co-pilot to the BU Executive Team. This leadership role drives global financial performance, gross margin optimization, and cost variance control. You will manage a finance team to scale operations while ensuring rigid fiscal discipline.

• Quantify Bill of Materials (BOM) cost variances, purchase price variances (PPV), and component yield metrics.
• Analyze infrastructure and hosting spend, monitoring cost variances against asset utilization.
• Evaluate global engineering, R&D, and professional services utilization rates and labor rate variances.
• Measure manufacturing absorption variances, fixed vs. variable cost gaps, and capacity utilization metrics.
• Lead the business unit’s quarterly rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range strategic models.
• Partner with product management to identify and reverse-engineer margin leakages.
• Direct Net Present Value (NPV) and ROI modeling for major product development and global expansions.
• Provide financial modeling for large-scale global customer contracts, volume discounts, and tier pricing strategies.
• Ensure global compliance with revenue standards for complex, hybrid contracts.
• Partner with Corporate Accounting to review global month-end close sub-ledgers and variance bridges.
• Maintain rigid internal controls over financial reporting across decentralized, worldwide entities.
• Maintain total operational and supply chain cost variances within target thresholds.
• Identify and execute structures to expand business unit gross margins annually.
• Deliver global rolling revenue and spend forecasts within target accuracy metrics.
• Manage, coach, and scale a global team of finance professionals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (such as CPA or CMA) are advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Enterprise ERPs and corporate performance management software.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate finance and deep cost accounting experience within a highly complex manufacturing environment.
