Associate Banker (Part‑time, Variable Shift)

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
• Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, open new accounts, and comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations through attentive and friendly service.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.

• Base pay: $25.00–$30.48 per hour (Sunnyvale, CA).
• Eligible for commission‑based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
