HOURS - Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m.

- 5:15 p.m. Occasional Saturdays and late shift Friday 9:30 a.m.

- 6:00 p.m. (ONSITE)

Core Focus:

Core focus on wire transfers (domestic/international), OFAC/FinCEN screening, card maintenance, and dispute resolution

2-4 years of credit union payments experience required

XP2 platform proficiency (common core processing system in credit unions)

JOB SCOPE/RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for delivering comprehensive support for card and wire operations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and exceptional member service. Key responsibilities include processing domestic and international wire transfers, performing identity verification, and adhering to regulatory standards such as OFAC and FINCEN screening. This role also manages card maintenance, credit card loan requests, dispute resolution, and rewards programs, while providing timely assistance to members and staff across multiple channels.

The associate is committed to maintaining service quality, conducting audits, and contributing to special projects that advance departmental objectives.

EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - A minimum of two to four (2-4) years of current and progressive credit

union operations experience, preferably in the area of payments. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; or the equivalent level of education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES – Requires basic knowledge of ACH and Wire payments process and strong research abilities.

Understanding of complex operational procedures and general financial institution practices. Understanding of complex operational

procedures and general financial institution practices. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Proficient with XP2 and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to provide excellent service both internally and externally. Organized, detail oriented, and accurate with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines. Must work well independently and under limited supervision. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while providing the necessary support to achieve department goals.
