Senior Product Manager

Our client is building blockchain payments company building a cross-border payment network that enables mobile wallets, banks, and fintechs to make seamless international payments. Their flagship product is an interoperable payments network designed to connect merchants and payment providers globally.

They're seeking a hands-on senior product to own core payments capabilities end to end - including processing, settlement, reconciliation, wallet integrations, and emerging rails such as stable coins.

• Develop, implement, and optimize processes for handling payment reversals within the payment network
• Design and maintain a comprehensive disputes framework within the payment network ecosystem.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize payment logic algorithms to improve transaction success rates and reduce failures.
• Conduct data analysis and A/B testing to identify opportunities for enhancing payment routing and decision-making processes.
• Conduct a thorough review of existing network and product rules governing payment transactions
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, legal, compliance, and business development teams to define product strategies and priorities.

• Domain expertise in payment processing methods including card network, ACH, check, virtual cards, digital wallets, and international payments.
• 5+ years product management experience, with proven experience driving forward-thinking vision and payments product roadmap operating at significant scale
• Deep understanding of payment network infrastructure, including transaction processing, authorization, and settlement.
• Proven track record of driving product initiatives from concept to launch in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing payment networks is a plus.
