Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition;
Washes dishes by hand or uses dishwashing machine as assigned;
Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures;
Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and methods;
Ensures compliance with safety procedures
