Night Audit Representative (Part‑time, Friday–Sunday)

This part‑time role requires excellent guest service skills and meticulous attention to financial duties. Candidates must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights and able to work overnight shifts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide superior guest service in a fast‑paced hotel environment, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Make cash handling and property receipt recordings accurately and timely.
  • Collect payment at checkout and provide change to guests as needed.
  • Perform all end‑of‑day front desk and night audit functions: reviewing cashier audits for accuracy, balancing credit card postings, maintaining computer database integrity, auditing master bills.
  • Prepare computer systems for the following day.
  • Backup files/tapes daily and maintain accuracy.
  • Prepare, balance, post, and distribute all necessary reports each day.
  • Interact professionally with all departments and provide needed information.
  • Provide the Radisson experience through genuine hospitality, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Listen, apologize with empathy, find solutions, and follow through when resolving guest problems.
  • Perform duties required by management to enhance guest satisfaction and genuine hospitality.
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of hotel front‑desk or customer‑service experience.
  • Preferred experience using Opera system.
  • Proficient in mathematics; ability to use a 10‑key calculator accurately.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service.
  • Positive, professional attitude in all situations.
  • Adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Availability to work overnight, flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
  • Working knowledge of computers and math skills.
Physical Demands
  • Stand, stoop or bend for entire shift.
  • Lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Squat, bend, kneel and twist as needed.
