About the Role:

As our Bell Attendant
, you will create memorable first and last impressions by welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and personalized service. You will assist with luggage, provide directions and local recommendations, escort guests to their rooms, and support the Front Office team in delivering a seamless arrival and departure experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Guest Arrival & Departure

• Greet arriving and departing guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, and room changes
• Escort guests to their guestrooms while providing information about hotel amenities and services
• Open doors, assist with transportation arrangements, and welcome visitors to the property
• Coordinate luggage storage and retrieval using established procedures

Guest Service

• Respond promptly to guest requests and special accommodations
• Provide directions, local recommendations, and information about nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation
• Deliver guest items, packages, amenities, and messages to guestrooms
• Assist with room deliveries and special guest requests
• Resolve guest concerns or notify management when additional assistance is needed

Front Office Support

• Work closely with the Front Desk to coordinate arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and group check-ins
• Monitor the hotel entrance and lobby to ensure a welcoming, organized environment
• Assist with valet coordination or transportation services when applicable
• Maintain luggage carts and bell storage areas in a clean and organized condition

Safety & Security

• Safeguard guest luggage and personal belongings
• Follow lost-and-found procedures and maintain guest confidentiality
• Monitor the hotel entrance for safety and security concerns
