What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Providing compensation expertise and detailed analysis to corporate functions on all aspects of compensation programs.
  • Partnering with People, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure compensation structures align with business priorities.
  • Supporting design, change management, and communication efforts associated with compensation programs and practices.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners within HR and the business.
  • Developing deep business acumen and understanding Synopsys’ roles, programs, and processes to design and implement impactful compensation plans.
  • Designing proactive, data‑driven recommendations to support retention, recognition, promotions, transfers, job matches, and job leveling.
  • Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of initiative.
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally to support compensation programs across HR and business teams.
  • Utilizing Success Factors for compensation‑related processes.
  • Applying advanced technical expertise in Excel, Power Query/BI, and other data analysis tools.

What You’ll Need:
  • Experience in benchmarking and compensation program design, including year‑end planning, merit/bonus cycles, market data submissions, salary range development, and supporting business planning.
  • Advanced technical skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis functions.
  • Strong compensation analysis and modeling capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Success Factors (preferred).
  • CCP or other relevant certifications (preferred).
