PositionHR Specialist III (multiple positions available)

Responsibilities- Own client‑specific projects furthering HR strategic initiatives with the objective being to create programs that tackle critical business priorities.
- Work with leadership and coaches to identify real‑time priorities that align to their career growth plan.
- Act as the frontline consultant to the business supporting managers in creating a positive employee experience and offering the best HR advice on people matters.
- Operate as subject matter experts, provide guidance on programs, processes and policies; and offer strong, credible and compelling advice to business leaders on how to manage their team.
- Collaborate with multiple HR Business Partners and HR Specialists who support various businesses.
- Act as an influential partner in helping managers with talent management processes, people development and implementation of organizational changes.
- Domestic or international travel up to 15% to perform role responsibilities may be required.

A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the field of human resources or management consulting. In the alternative, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in the field of human resources or management consulting.

Compensation and BenefitsThe pay range for this position in Sunnyvale, California is $/year to $/year. Base pay may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
