The role:
Vice President of Talent
The Vice President of Talent will be responsible for developing the company’s talent strategy, managing all staffing and talent-related programs, and overseeing HR systems, data management , and service centers.
Responsi bi lities:
- Develop Talent strategy for a dynamic, talent-oriented technology company
- Lead a US staffing organization with strong capa bi lities, tools and processes in acquiring top talent
- Create and implement talent-related programs (e.g. Global Mo bi lity, Immigration, Diversity, etc.) that are well understood and valued by managers and employees
- Design and deliver high impact learning and development, espe ci ally for top talent
- Create an HR systems strategy and manage the systems roadmap to ensure great technology enablement of core HR processes
- Working well cross-functionally with leaders at all levels across MM
Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years experience building/implementing talent acquisition programs, including hands on staffing experience, HR business partner experience and people analytics experience. Consulting experience is desired.
- Talent management programs experience, including performance management, organizational development and change management
- Demonstrated success as a change agent for organizational transformation efforts
- Experience building performance cultures and professional development programs
- Leadership development and succession planning
- Demonstrable a bi lity to achieve goals through influen ci ng, partnering and developing productive relationships with senior leadership and line managers across the business
- Previous experience leading, managing and building teams in a fasted paced dynamic environment
- A bi lity to interact easily across all levels within the organization; tactful; mature; flexible. High level of collaboration and influen ci ng skills. Strong planning, organization, delegation and de ci sion-making a bi lities
- High energy and drive to create an environment of continuous improvement
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field is required. MBA preferred
