Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Sunnyvale, Hybrid (3–4 times per week at the office, 520 Almanor Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94085)

Compensation: ~$60/hour (flexible)

Contract: Full-time, starting with a 6-month agreement

• Lead recruitment efforts for highly specialized roles in hardware, ASIC, optics, semiconductor, and photonics
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure successful placements
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to niche engineering talent pools, using a curiosity-driven approach
• Maintain open communication with internal teams, providing updates and feedback on recruitment processes and candidate progress
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey
• Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and clients
• Organize and attend in-person meetings and industry events to promote Hudson Talent Solutions and attract top talent

• 7+ years of proven recruitment experience, with a strong track record in hardware, ASIC, optics, semiconductor, or photonics
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a knack for building rapport
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to tackle challenges creatively
• Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and enhance decision-making
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach
• Willingness to work on-site while balancing team collaboration and candidate engagement
