The Head of Supply Chain Analytics owns the data, insights, and decision frameworks that power Core Weave’s end-to-end supply chain. In this role, you will translate complex datasets into actionable intelligence that informs buy-forward decisions, capacity allocation, inventory strategy, and executive trade-offs. You will build and scale a high-impact analytics organization, establish a robust analytics architecture, and elevate the company from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive decision-making.

This role operates at the intersection of supply chain, finance, and engineering and directly influences critical infrastructure investments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or supply chain strategy
• Direct experience supporting data center, server, semiconductor, or advanced hardware supply chains
• Proven track record of building and scaling analytics functions that influence capital allocation and sourcing decisions
• Deep expertise in ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning concepts
• Strong understanding of multi-tier BOM structures and constrained supply environments
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R
• Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools
• Experience integrating external supplier, market, or logistics data into planning and analytics models

• Experience supporting hyper-scale or high-growth infrastructure environments
• Exposure to DCIM, PLM, or logistics systems
• Background developing predictive or prescriptive analytics for inventory optimization, capacity planning, or supplier risk management

The base salary range for this role is $161,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
