• Strong hands-on experience with Service Now HAM PRO module.
• Solid understanding of the Service Now platform architecture and development best practices.
• Experience in Service Now configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in asset management processes and ITSM/ITAM frameworks is highly desirable.

• Design, configure, and implement Service Now HAM PRO solutions to support enterprise hardware asset management.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, and customizations within the Service Now platform.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices for asset management.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on HAM PRO capabilities, features, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM PRO modules and integrations.
• Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
