About the Role:

Focus on engaging and training customers on how to get the most out of Crusoe Cloud. Engage customers proactively and provide training on current features, new features, and upsell on features that they may not be using. Work with customers to understand what they are interested in to help guide the product team with user feedback. Work with customers to understand what sold them on Crusoe so that we focus on those areas in Customer Experience to land new customers.

What You'll Be Working On:

* Content Creation:
Produce high-quality technical content including blog posts (The New Stack, company blog), whitepapers, and technical guides focused on Kubernetes architecture.

* Video & Demos:
Script, record, and produce technical "How-To" videos, feature deep-dives, and webinar demos (e.g., vCluster Tips series).

* Community Advocacy:
Represent the company at major industry events (Kube Con, FOSSY, etc.) as a speaker and subject matter expert.

* Product Strategy:
Act as a bridge between the community and the product team. Use your hands-on experience with the tool to provide feedback on UX, documentation, and feature roadmap.

* Ecosystem Integration:
Build and maintain reference architectures and "sandbox" examples on Git Hub showing how our tools integrate with the wider CNCF landscape (ArgoCD, Rancher, EKS, Kube Virt).

* Sales Enablement:
Create "Proof of Concept" (POC) guides and technical decks to help the sales team explain enterprise-grade features (e.g., vCluster Platform, Snapshot/Restore, Sleep Mode).

What You'll Bring to the Team:

* Kubernetes Mastery:
Deep understanding of K8s internals, including API servers, name spaces, RBAC, and multi-tenancy.

* Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, and working with cloud providers (AWS/EKS, Azure, GCP).

* Engineering Domain knowledge:
Strong familiarity with Dev Container standards, CLI tool development, and local-to-cloud development workflows (Dev Pod).

* Open Source Roots: A history of contributing to or advocating for open-source projects (e.g., Knative, Tekton, or Open Stack).

* Communication:
Ability to take a complex topic (like "Virtual Kubernetes Clusters") and make it understandable for both a C-level executive and a Junior Dev Ops engineer.

* Self-Starter:
Experience working in high-growth startup environments where you need to manage your own content calendar and laboratory environments.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $136,000-$165,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
