Sr. Business Analyst

We are looking for a data-driven Senior Business Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for our technology stack and who will be responsible for the overall vision, implementation, and management of our suite of analytical tools. This person will have a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to guide the integration and customization of our IT solutions, ensuring alignment with our business growth objectives.

• System administrator for suite of analytical tools (maintenance, troubleshooting, training, data integrity, etc)
• Proactively analyze datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for Sales and Leadership Teams
• Assess current technology stack to identify, recommend, and manage implementation of analytical tools that align with our business strategies
• Work with our 3rd party consultants to finalize the implementation, rollout and training of CRM System (SAP Sales Cloud)
• Collaborate with functional stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and opportunities for optimization across our suite of analytical tools
• Gather, document, and analyze requirements for system enhancements, integrations, and new functionalities
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for technical teams
• Oversee the rollout of new workflows or systems with end-users including the generation of Standard Operating Procedures, user training, and monitoring of user activity in order to ensure consistency and data integrity across the suite of analytical tools.
• Design and build dashboards and reports across our suite of analytical tools
• Support data migrations and integrations with other SAP and third-party systems
• Automate reporting processes to streamline data extraction, analysis, and visualization for executive stakeholders
• Support Sales Team on Sales Forecast and Quarterly Business Review (Q ) processes

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Outstanding communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally with global business and technical teams
• Comfortable leading discussions and making recommendations to Global Leadership Team
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights for key company metrics
• Working knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud or Salesforce CRM Systems
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA ERP System
• Experience in the Semiconductor Industry is preferred

Compensation Range: $125,000 - $170,000 / year

Title and compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
