In this role, you will steer critical initiatives from concept to production readiness while collaborating with diverse teams across engineering, finance, security, and project management.

• Effectively collaborating with diverse cross‑functional teams throughout Apple.
• Leading multiple priorities with ease in a fast‑paced setting.
• Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while proactively identifying risks and developing contingency plans.
• Using a balanced approach to critical thinking paired with tactical execution.
• Demonstrating the ability to create operational frameworks that enhance planning cycles, scorecards, and critical metrics, alongside delivering comprehensive executive reports.
• Swiftly identifying and resolving conflicts while addressing interdependencies and program challenges effectively.

• Experience running cross‑functional engineering initiatives.
• BS or equivalent experience

• MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field
• Outstanding communication skills, emphasizing active listening to build strong relationships.
• Consistent record of leading large teams to establish and achieve success metrics across various programs and portfolios.
• Proficient in navigating a wide range of technical infrastructures.
• Strong practical understanding of user interactions with software and systems.
• Extensive experience in strategic and program delivery, with a focus on teamwork within a matrixed environment.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
