Our lab mirrors a research and development department – strategies are born, tested and tested again. Along with a team of great minds, you take on topics like how we use power or how to run state-of-the-art, environmentally-friendly facilities.
You re a visionary who optimizes for efficiencies and never stops seeking improvements -- even small changes that can make a huge impact. You generate ideas, communicate recommendations to senior-level executives and drive implementation alongside facilities technicians.
With your technical expertise, you ensure compliance with codes and standards, develop infrastructure improvements and serve as an expert in your specialty (e.g., cooling, electrical).
In this role, you will join our team as a Data Center Control Systems Engineer and act as a technical leader in the design and strategy of our global data center infrastructure. You will leverage your deep expertise to define the future of our mission-critical facilities. You will be a recognized domain expert in facility control systems whilst having a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving long-term technical roadmaps.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $144,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

- Develop scope and requirements for cybersecurity initiatives to drive the design, implementation, and testing of secure, resilient operational technology (OT) security solutions.
- Create design documents, implement solutions, and conduct lab and on-site testing of cybersecurity solutions.
- Review new control system infrastructure initiatives to embed cybersecurity requirements into the life-cycle from initial design through testing to deployment.
- Collaborate as a technical liaison between cross-functional teams to resolve design, integration, and deployment issues in mission-critical environments.
