What You’ll Do

Core Weave is seeking a Global Vice President of Revenue Operations to serve as the strategic architect and operational leader of our revenue engine. This senior executive will be a key member of the Core Weave leadership team, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing all revenue operations functions that drive predictable, efficient, and accelerated growth across our global go‑to‑market organization.

This foundational role supports Core Weave as we scale revenue operations infrastructure following our 2025 IPO. You will build enterprise‑grade operational rigor while maintaining the startup mindset, agility, and innovation that defines Core Weave. The ideal candidate will transform revenue operations from a supporting function into a strategic growth driver, creating the data foundation, process excellence, and operational insights that enable our sales, marketing, customer success, support, field engineering, and partner teams to execute at peak performance.

As an AI‑native company, you will lead an AI‑first strategy to create a next‑generation AI‑driven Rev Ops function across our global field organization.

The successful candidate will be a proven revenue operations executive with deep expertise in scaling high‑growth technology companies, building world‑class Rev Ops platforms, and partnering with sales leadership to drive measurable outcomes. You will have demonstrated success implementing sophisticated Rev Ops frameworks, leading large global teams, and establishing data‑driven cultures that turn insights into action. Your experience spans the full revenue operations stack—from CRM architecture and sales automation to forecasting methodologies, territory optimization, compensation design, and revenue analytics.

The Role

This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on operational excellence. You will define Core Weave’s revenue operations strategy, build and lead a global team of Rev Ops professionals, establish our Rev Ops technology stack and data architecture, create scalable processes that drive efficiency while sustaining growth, and deliver analytics and insights for executive decision‑making. You will partner with the CRO and go‑to‑market leadership to ensure infrastructure, insights, and execution to achieve revenue targets while remaining adaptable to market Evolution.

& Vision
  • Define and execute Core Weave’s global revenue operations strategy, establishing world‑class operational rigor, process excellence, and data infrastructure for predictable, scalable revenue growth
  • Build comprehensive Rev Ops capabilities spanning sales operations, sales strategy, enablement, revenue analytics, sales compensation, territory management, and forecasting
  • Design and implement Core Weave’s revenue technology stack, including CRM, sales engagement, revenue intelligence, forecasting, compensation, and analytics platforms as a single source of truth
  • Leverage AI to build a next‑gen Rev Ops center of excellence
  • Lead ongoing integrations of acquisitions
  • Establish data‑driven forecasting methodologies and revenue analytics to provide real‑time visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and growth across segments, products, and geographies
  • Partner with the CRO and GTM leadership to develop strategic territory plans, quota allocation, capacity planning, and resource deployment to optimize coverage and growth
  • Design sales compensation programs aligned with objectives, including variable compensation, accelerators, SPIFs, and performance incentives
