- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, capacity planning, or operations planning.
- 8 years of experience in management of stakeholders, spanning across multiple organizations.
- 5 years of experience conducting data analysis.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
In this role, you will be responsible for synthesizing data center capacity demand signals across Alphabet into a unified plan for Google's products, including ML, Cloud, Compute, and Storage. You will enable the delivery of resources to our customers at the right time, in the right quantities, and in the right places. You will partner across Google's capacity and demand planning teams, as well as Finance and Data Science.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Develop strategies for driving fast and holistic demand plans across all Product Areas (PAs).
- Partner with engineering to implement AI-driven scenario analysis.
- Partner with Product Areas to understand demand growth and scenarios for new products and segments.
- Partner with Finance to embed profitability into demand scenario creation.
- Manage trade-offs between multiple priorities, providing clear analysis and guidance to leadership to drive decisions.
