Founding Business Co-Founder; GTM – Meeting Agent Platform Startup

We are a fast-growing start-up company based in US, aiming to build the World's First Local Meeting Agent Platform for customers with high standards in privacy, compliance and data sovereignty, like finance, government, healthcare, legal sectors, etc. Our founding team have previously held global leadership roles in AI in big tech companies and have been recognized by prestigious awards like MIT TR35, PhD Fellowship.

We believe the next wave of enterprise AI is not about summarizing meetings —

it is about safely and quickly turning fragmented meetings into auditable decisions, actions, and long‑term enterprise memory — without cloud uploads.

We are looking for a market-access co-founder who can lead the product strategic planning and open doors in PMF (Product Market Fit) like:

• Financial/healthcare institutions
• Government / public sector
• Highly regulated enterprises

You will:

• Secure our first 3–5 regulated design partners
• Shape the compliance and accountability narrative
• Turn pilot programs into multi-year contracts
• Participate in company establishment and funding process

We are specifically looking for someone who has:

• Closed enterprise deals > $250K ARR
• Sold into at least one regulated vertical
• Passed Info Sec & compliance reviews
• Negotiated legal redlines
• Worked with on‑prem or private cloud deployments

Ideal backgrounds:

• Enterprise SaaS Sales Director (Salesforce / Service Now ecosystem)
• Cybersecurity Enterprise Sales (Zero Trust / Endpoint / SIEM)
• Gov Tech or Financial SaaS GTM Lead
• Forward Deployed roles in infra companies

• Meaningful founding equity (5–15%, depending on stage of commitment and contribution)
• True co‑founder status with strategic ownership of GTM
• Opportunity to shape a new enterprise AI category at the execution layer
• Direct involvement in fundraising and board‑level positioning
