• Define goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for multiple medium to high‑complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Secure commitment from cross‑functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
• Translate product requirements into technical designs, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor program progress against milestones and quality metrics.
• Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by proposing frameworks and automation tools to enhance program delivery.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery plans across systems, infrastructure, and security components.

• Proven expertise in program management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation for medium to high‑complexity initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams and secure commitments across cross‑functional groups.
• Technical knowledge of software and hardware system design, cloud infrastructure, and service management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Experience translating product requirements into scalable, high‑availability technical solutions while ensuring operational excellence.
• Proficiency in communication, delivering clear reports and updates to varied audiences to drive alignment and informed decision‑making.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
