Position Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager III to unlock category‑specific growth by building differentiated vertical experience on top of our shared commerce and AI platforms. This role is ideal for a data‑driven, AI‑first product manager who can clearly identify customer problems, write strong PRDs, and execute across the full product development lifecycle to deliver meaningful customer and business impact.
What You’ll Do- Be the voice of customer: Own problem discovery and solution definition for Verticals, using data, customer insights, and AI‑assisted research.
- Use data as a tool: Define and track product and feature KPIs (e.g., adoption, conversion, churn, NPS, lifetime value).
- Execute well: Write high‑quality PRDs, partner with Engineering and UX, manage backlog priorities in Agile environments, and contribute to product roadmaps and support product launches, scaling, and iteration.
- Build for customer ease: Apply design thinking and journey mapping to improve customer and seller experiences.
- AI‑First: Use AI tools daily to accelerate market research, insight synthesis, and product documentation.
- Communication is key: Communicate clearly with cross‑functional stakeholders and influence alignment on priorities and tradeoffs.
- Strong customer empathy with a proven data‑driven approach to problem solving.
- Experience owning at least one product through the full product development lifecycle.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Clear understanding of front‑end user experience and how product decisions impact customers.
- Marketplace, eCommerce, AI, or platform product experience.
- Hands‑on experience with product analytics, experimentation, and modern PM tools.
- Experience applying AI in product management workflows (research, discovery, PRDs, productivity).
- Familiarity with enterprise technology platforms and quality, privacy, and security considerations.
- Acts with integrity and models company values.

- Puts the customer first while delivering strong business outcomes.
- Continuously raises the bar through learning, innovation, and improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $ – $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include stock.
Minimum QualificationsOption 1:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 3 years of experience in product management. Option 2: 5 years of experience in product management or related area.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 2 years of experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer‑facing, large‑scale, highly complex B2B/C products. We value candidates with experience creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
