Responsibilities
- Systems Integration & Automation
- Design and implement automated data workflows connecting Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP) with scheduling tools, lab workflows, and reporting systems
- Establish end-to-end data flow from production order creation, scheduling, execution, and qualification to reporting
- Integrate systems to enable real‑time updates across Operations
- Production Scheduling Enablement
- Develop and support a production scheduling framework/system that optimizes resources for maximum output
- Improve scheduling efficiency, reducing manual coordination and delays
- Data Management & Database Development
- Architect scalable databases to support production, lab, and quality workflows
- Create data pipelines to pull data from various systems and transformation to enable KPI’s and ad hoc analysis
- Cleanse, standardize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Develop data governance policies, standards, and best practices to maintain data integrity and compliance
- Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and scalability across platforms
- Reporting & Visualization
- Develop Power BI dashboards to provide real‑time insights catered to varying audiences
- Identify issues and create actionable alerts
- Replace manual reporting processes with automated, scalable solutions
- Lab Systems & Data Integration
- Support backend data integration from laboratory systems (e.g., Chromeleon)
- Enable linkage between lab data and electronic batch records (e.g., Dozuki or equivalent systems)
- Streamline sample tracking and qualification workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Systems, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business systems, data analysis, or automation‑focused roles
- Strong proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel (advanced level required — macros, Power Query, complex formulas)
- SQL
- Python
- Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics/Navision preferred)
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Experience integrating data from laboratory systems (e.g., Chromeleon or similar platforms)
- Basic understanding of database setup and data structures
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, lab, and technical teams
