- Experience in distributed systems, computer architecture, networking, cloud infrastructure, and Google Cloud platform services.
- Experience managing specialized vendor teams or cross-functional groups to deliver complex platform features.
- Experience working and developing with Google’s AI ecosystem.
- Demonstrated track record in deep technical enablement and GenAI upskilling for large-scale engineering organizations.
- Strong understanding of andragogical and heutagogical approaches for technical education and the ability to translate complex product concepts into actionable learning paths.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level and drive a unified Google-wide view on AI fluency.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners across the company.
You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

This role sits within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) organization, bridging the gap between deep systems infrastructure, Cloud product development, and the future of AI‑driven engineering. We focus on breaking down complex problems into manageable areas, such as the andragogical and heutagogical approaches to teaching AI, amplifying adoption through scalable mechanisms, and embedding AI tools directly into existing learning experiences.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
