Job Description

Senior Project Manager - Supply Chain focused on driving large-scale SAP-enabled supply chain transformation projects.

This role owns end-to-end delivery rather than hands-on SAP configuration, leading timelines, governance, stakeholders, vendors, risks, budgets, and execution across multiple work streams.

Projects are tied to SAP ERP (preferably S/4

HANA) and advanced planning tools and span from ideation and evaluation through implementation and go-live.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end delivery of supply chain and IT transformation projects.

Lead projects tied to SAP ERP (S/4

HANA) and advanced planning tools from ideation through go-live.

Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance.

Ensure projects stay on track across multiple work streams; manage execution of IT projects including new systems, scale-ups for product launches, upgrades, and facility expansions.

Gain cross-functional alignment on strategies, goals, resources, and timelines across Finance, Manufacturing & Operations, Infrastructure, Product Quality, Regulatory & Compliance, Field Service, and other business units.

Partner with the business PM to organize and lead core team and executive steering committee meetings; provide status reports to sponsors and the steering committee.

Drive resolution of constraints, conflicts, and other challenges impacting delivery; escalate issues and ensure timely resolution.

Provide clear communication on project status, critical path, risks, and mitigation plans; create and manage detailed project schedules and assign tasks.

Manage and ensure quality of deliverables:
Kickoff, detailed schedule (MS Project/Smartsheet), budget vs. actuals, business blueprint, test plan, training plan, and organizational change management (stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training material, end user training, adoption).

Ensure compliance with internal business and quality system requirements and external regulatory standards.

Top required skills/experience:

PMP Certification (must have).

Strong supply chain domain experience across Deliver/Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement.

SAP program delivery experience (SAP ERP, preferably S/4

HANA);

7-10 years working across business and IT with strong project delivery experience in SAP as a Project or Delivery Manager; minimum 8 years leading major cross-functional projects in Manufacturing Operations.

Experience managing partnerships with third-party system integrators, SAP Services, and other service providers.

Tools: MS Project or Smartsheet, JIRA, MS Office.

- Strong communication and presentation skills; proven ability to lead, influence, and work across all levels; ability to manage multiple projects and ambiguity.

Medical device experience is a plus; people leadership experience desired;

PMP or CSM certification desired;
