Fiscalization Expert; WEB-SRM Implementation

Position: Fiscalization Expert (WEB-SRM Implementation)
Job Description:

Candidate must have Fiscal/payment/invoice understanding background and should know API integration to explain to the technical team.

A digital shift is underway at Revenue Québec with the implementation of the WEB-SRM, which will replace the physical SRM.

- A certified sales recording system (SRS) that will collect transaction data and transmit it to a cloud environment in real time

- A cloud-based environment to validate and store data before securely transmitting it to Revenue Québec;

- A computer system that integrates data from the WEB-SRM into an information environment held by Revenue Québec, meaning no more paper or digital reports.

• WEB-SRM implementation and
• SRS (Sales Recording System) certification with SRM or WEB-SRM
• "Sales Recording Module" (SRM)
• Revenu Quebec SRM, WEB-SRM certification, billing mandatory

Techno functional, Technical Product Owner experience on the above.''

• • Responsible for technical decisions and product owned.
  • Understand Fiscalization requirements based on regions and translate it for engineering team.
  • Worked on/Implemented Fiscalization requirements:
  • Reporting and control of overall documents and fiscal actions - ex.
    • Sales Invoices
    • Purchase Invoice (Auto Invoice)
    • Accompanying Invoice
    • Corrective Bill
  • Construction of documents with fiscal elements for document types, payment methods, VAT classes, VAT application period, etc.
  • Grouping sales invoices.
  • Printing personalized invoice models equipped with QR code.
  • Candidate shall have knowledge in financial areas of accounting and taxation.
  • Preferred to have knowledge and understanding of Fiscalization-France, Quebec etc.
  • Good to have experience with restaurants & bar businesses in digital cash registers for their sales registers.

Good to have knowledge of French language
