Forward Deployment Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will deploy and scale AI-driven solutions by working hands-on with customers to translate supply-chain business needs into production-ready systems.

Rate Range: $56/hour to $60/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Forward Deployment Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Partner with supply chain customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Deploy, customize, and scale AI-driven solutions in real-world customer environments.
• Lead solution architecture, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive platform enhancements and feature improvements.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing hands-on guidance and mentorship to teams and customers.
• Utilize Python, data engineering, and AI/GenAI tools to solve complex business and operational challenges.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or solution deployment roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, data engineering, and AI/GenAI solutions, including system design and deployment.
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders, translating supply chain or operational needs into scalable, production-ready technical solutions.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
