America Tech Product Manager

Our team is expanding Nota’s presence in the U.S. market. Based on Nota’s AI capabilities, we identify and solve customer problems in the U.S. market.

We are currently at an important transition point: rapidly building and commercializing domain‑specific AI services while also shaping an AI Agent‑based way of working as a team. We are looking for an early team member who wants to leverage their Product Manager experience to dive into both AI service development and AI Agent development.

As a Product Manager, you will identify domain‑specific problems in the U.S. market and solve them using Nota’s AI capabilities. You will define which market to enter, which users to target, and which hypotheses to validate first, while meeting potential customers directly to test product‑market fit.

After launch, you will track user engagement and satisfaction, update priorities based on data, and continue growing the product. This position covers the full cycle from market discovery, business development, product launch, operation, and expansion. You will also help shape how the team works with AI Agents.

• Customer Discovery & Product Definition
• Define domain‑specific problems in the U.S. market through hypotheses, and validate them through market research and user interviews
• Directly identify potential customers, lead meetings and demos, and translate market insights into product hypotheses
• Write PRDs and wireframes, and determine MVP scope and priorities
• Work closely with AI engineers to run short‑cycle execution from PoC to beta and commercialization
• Make decisions by balancing technical constraints and user value, based on an understanding of the strengths and limitations of models and AI Agents
• Validate hypotheses through A/B testing and log analysis, and continuously update priorities
• Operation & Expansion
• Track user behavior, feedback, and key metrics after launch, and translate them into improvement backlogs
• Interpret both quantitative and qualitative signals to refine the product direction
• Directly monitor existing customers’ usage and satisfaction, and identify new engagement opportunities and additional needs
• Experience as a PM or PO for AI/ML‑based products, such as LLM, Computer Vision, or multimodal products
• 3+ years of experience in planning, launching, and operating software products, or equivalent 0→1 product experience
• Experience directly operating the cycle of defining metrics, running experiments, and interpreting results, with the ability to extract and analyze data using SQL or equivalent tools
• Ability to break down complex and ambiguous problems from user, business, and technical perspectives, and narrow them into executable units
• Basic technical understanding sufficient to discuss technical constraints and solutions with AI engineers
• Experience validating product hypotheses by directly leading potential customer meetings and demos
• Ability to conduct customer interviews, meetings, and documentation in English for the U.S. market
• No restrictions on overseas business travel

• Experience planning or operating AI Agent or LLM‑based products
• Experience actively using AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools in your own work
• Basic understanding of the structure and limitations of machine learning and deep learning models
• Experience launching a 0→1 product and driving it toward product‑market fit
• Familiarity with Product Discovery frameworks
• Experience launching or operating products in the U.S. or global market
• Experience leading decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment as an early‑stage startup member
