WhatWill You Do?
As a Staff, Product Manager – Search at Walmart, you will define and champion a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Search aligning relevance, ranking, and personalization investments with business goals. You will lead large ambiguous discovery initiatives using customer research, competitive insights, and query-level analytics to identify opportunities and prioritize high-impact improvements. Additionally, you will design A/B tests, interpret results, and translate experimentation insights into iterative product improvements that enhance search performance.
