Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $150000 - $218000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

** Responsibilities*
* + Lead the development of software and networking solutions that improves the velocity, performance, safety, transparency, and manageability of Google network systems across various engineering teams.

+ Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of networks from inception and design, to qualification and validation, through deployment, operation, and optimization.

+ Drive innovation and independently create requirements and develop designs for new networking product ideas, process improvements, technology velocity, higher systems performance, and cost reductions across organizational boundaries.

+ Own resolution for software, hardware, and other network and system problems by determining and recommending appropriate solutions in partnership with other engineering teams.
