Technical Program Manager; II

We are looking for an experienced program manager to lead complex programs from conception to completion, driving business outcomes and continuous improvement across diverse teams.

• Author program charters outlining scope, timelines, objectives, key results, resourcing, and risks.
• Develop detailed project plans, segmenting projects into phases and communicating constraints.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to facilitate decision‑making and optimize team roles.
• Manage program escalations and resolve technical issues across teams.
• Design and deliver stakeholder‑specific communication plans.
• Represent the program team across touchpoints and engagements.
• Execute change‑management requirements and develop rollout plans with impact analysis.
• Monitor change‑management rollouts and address misalignments.
• Collect data to govern programs and maintain project trackers and status reports.
• Define governance structures, including mitigations, postmortems, and escalations.
• Drive effective program meetings and establish regular checkpoints to assess improvement metrics.
• Determine program phasing and metrics to drive continuous improvement and resource stewardship.

• Proficiency in team, communications, change, stakeholder, planning, technical judgment, execution, governance, portfolio management and continuous improvement.
