XIn accordance with Washington state law, we are highlighting our comprehensive benefits package, which is available to all eligible US based employees. Benefits for this role include:

Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience in full-lifecycle product management and product delivery.
* 2 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a related area.
* Experience working in a safety, abuse-fighting, or integrity role at an enterprise software company.
Preferred qualifications:
* Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
* Experience launching AI or ML products or features, partnering with both operations, analytics, data science, and engineering.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $192000 - $279000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
* Assess threats to users from new technologies GenAI and design appropriate safeguards in advance.
* Understand abuse that can come from new GenAI features and how to mitigate it.
* Define safety and abuse prevention strategy that balances short-term needs to ship quickly and long-term goals to scale globally.
* Collaborate with data science to develop a comprehensive set of metrics to measure product safety and the impact of spam and abuse on our products and users.
* Work across research and engineering teams to build ML signals, techniques, and infrastructure to protect users including enterprise customers.
