About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to support data validation, quality assurance, and issue resolution activities within a fast-paced technology environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews and validation of partner and user data.
  • Conduct research and verification activities, including phone-based validation when required.
  • Identify, investigate, and elevate data quality issues using established processes and internal tools.
  • Triage incoming feedback, support requests, and error reports to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address operational and data-related challenges.
  • Document findings, track issue resolution progress, and maintain data accuracy standards.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.
  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ year of professional experience in data analysis, operations, customer support, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, data validation, and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in data quality, operations support, technical support, or partner support environments.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM tools, or internal support platforms.
  • Experience identifying trends and recommending process improvements.
